We believe that every locally owned business has a story that needs to be told to the neighbors living in the communities surrounding them and beyond. Our goal is to amplify the voice of those local business owners and executives by providing them with multiple platforms on which they can stand and shout their message from the rooftops!

The goal of the Friends & Neighbors Group is to assist small and medium size neighborhood businesses in regaining some of the advantage over their “BIG BOX” competitors, by reminding local consumers that no one provides higher quality products and services, with the attention to providing excellent customer service, (something which many large corporations have long forgotten) than the small, community oriented small businesses.
The Friends and Neighbors Group specializes in helping to create word-of-mouth advertising. Everyone knows there is no better marketing than when happy and satisfied customers talk about your company to their friends, family, and neighbors. When that happens, you know you have been branded to that customer!
One of the methods we use to broadcast your message is through the Good Neighbor Podcast. On this podcast, we interview local business people and allow them to put “their voice” on the face of their company. Then we promote the podcasts by placing them on up to 18 popular platforms, including Apple iTunes, and Spotify, as well as Facebook, Instagram, and several other social media sites and local websites. The most amazing part is that the Good Neighbor Podcast is a FREE service for locally owned and operated businesses and executives in Cleveland and also the Greater Chattanooga area.
